Dried Porcini Mushroom

Porcini mushrooms are collected as wild in the thick oak, pine and beech forests of Puka region, in an altitude of up to 800 – 1500 m above the sea level. Dried at a temperature of maximum 47°C, they preserve all the alimentary attributes and vitamins, including vitamine A. Porcini mushrooms are used to prepare pizza of high quality, risotto, meat based dishes, etc. Before cooking, they should be left in boiled water for about 15 minutes. This product is offered in packs of 50 gr.
